Juliette Hayes

Juliette is the Deputy Principal at Waikato Diocesan School for Girls, an Anglican girls' boarding school in Hamilton, New Zealand. Her role includes development of teaching and learning programmes, especially through staff professional development, information technology, support of Maori students, and mentoring the academic elite students towards excellence. She also teaches English and manages the school's equestrian team.

Juliette is a member of the national executive for iNet, an international organisation committed to the transformation of schooling for the 21st century through networking. She is also the branch chair for the New Zealand Education Administration and Leadership Society. Both of these roles involve plenty of initiatives and opportunities to work with fascinating educators from around the world.

Juliette is currently completing a Masters in Educational Leadership through the University of Waikato, with a focus on thinking about the future in secondary schools.
